RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Luxcham Jewellery, every piece is crafted specifically for its owner using certified natural diamonds and precious metals. As all jewellery is made to order, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, sizing preferences, personal preferences, or custom-made items.

As every order is manufactured specifically for the customer, all sales are considered final.

Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your order has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support.luxchamjewellery@gmail.com.

To initiate a review, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photographs of the item

  • Description of the issue

  • Unboxing video, if available

Each case will be reviewed by our quality team.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • The product received differs substantially from the order placed; or

  • A verified manufacturing defect is identified.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Improper handling

  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

  • Minor variations inherent in handcrafted jewellery
