At LUXCHAM Jewellery, every piece is crafted specifically for its owner using certified natural diamonds and precious metals. As all jewellery is made to order, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, sizing preferences, personal preferences, or custom-made items.

As every order is manufactured specifically for the customer, all sales are considered final.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

If you believe your order has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support.luxchamjewellery@gmail.com.

To initiate a review, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the item
• A detailed description of the issue
• An unboxing video, if available

Each case will be reviewed individually by our quality team.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

A refund may only be considered when:

• The product received differs substantially from the order placed
• A verified manufacturing defect is identified by our quality team

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Improper use, care, or handling
• Incorrect sizing selected or provided by the customer
• Change of mind or personal preference
• Minor variations inherent in handcrafted jewellery
• Repairs, alterations, or resizing performed by a third party

ORDER VERIFICATION

Throughout production and fulfilment, LUXCHAM Jewellery may provide order updates, documentation, tracking information, product photographs, quality checks, and verification procedures to support transparency and customer confidence.

REFUND PROCESSING

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping, insurance, customisation, engraving, resizing, certification, and service-related charges may be non-refundable unless the refund is approved because of a verified manufacturing defect or an incorrect product supplied by LUXCHAM Jewellery.
